October 2009, Mr. Thompson was interviewed on The University of Iowa student radio station KRUI regarding the surge in crime on Iowa City’s southeast side.

October 2009, Mr. Thompson was Interviewed by The University of Iowa newspaper The Daily Iowan regarding a recent suit in Des Moines regarding search and seizure of drugs in a criminal case.
