People are deciding not to go to Iowa City for Football Games as a result of this new interperation of the law. There is not a lot more to do in Nazi Germany errrrr Iowa City on cold Autum Days only to fall victom to victomless crimes. I'll guess I will choose to go to "away" games instead.
