		<description>i cant beleive this reasoning ...gun possesion could be legal therefore its not a reason for immediate action...with this thinking a smart person would rebutt this saying the alcohol allegedly consumed could be a legal amount therefore not a reason for prompt action either...i think the courts have lost there way on this one and are making decisions based on fear ,bloated crash statistics,and unfounded rhetoric from extremists with an agenda to abolish alcohol.</description>
