I had many uncertain issues with my arrest and had I plead guilty the charge would have been like 75.00 after representing myself in court and finding conflicting evidence between the two officers and my word holding no ground in the court room I ended up getting charged with both public intox and interference with official acts and ended up with a 547.00 fine and sentenced to 30 days whith 30 suspended pending good behavior, no further address and payment of fines with 90 days. The cfficers claimed I had tenced up whitch supposibly justifies being slamed on the police car, being mased while in handcuffs in the back of the squad car.
